Fonts are missing from the font list due to incorrect printer driver used.
Cause:
The printer driver in use is incorrect.
Solution:
Verify that the correct printer driver is selected and that the desired font is listed in the 'Installed Fonts' list box in the 'Control Panel'.
1) Verify the correct printer driver is selected:
a) Open the desired file.
b) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
c) Verify the type of printer being used in the 'Name' drop-down list box.
2) If the selected printer does not match the printer being used:
a) Select the correct printer from the 'Name' drop-down list box.

NOTE: If the desired printer is not installed, install the printer first.
b) Click 'OK'.
3) If the desired font is a TrueType font, verify that it is installed in the 'Fonts' dialog box:
a) Click 'Start' todisplay the Windows 'Start' menu.

c) Open the 'Fonts' icon. (The Fonts dialog box appears.)
d) Verify that the TrueType font is listed in the 'Fonts' list box.
NOTE: If the font is not listed, select a substitute font.
e) Click 'Cancel'.
